General

subtraction icon subtraction icon Have you seen a patient like me before?

We have seen treated 1,000s of individual patients over the past decade yet every individual we see has a unique brain health situation and we address every person’s brain health issues individually. If you have special considerations please address these in the section on your application form and we will make sure to speak with our team of doctors to ensure that your unique condition can be helped at our clinic.

subtraction icon subtraction icon Are you able to help with my specific condition or conditions?

Many of the patients we see are complex cases and have seen multiple other providers with limited results. If you don’t see your condition listed on the Conditions We Work With page please contact us to talk with a patient care coordinator about your condition.

subtraction icon subtraction icon How do I know if I am a good candidate for your week intensive program?

Patients that are good candidates for our program have seen multiple providers with limited results and are ready to take the next step into a more personalized program.

subtraction icon subtraction icon Why do you take a deposit for your program?

We take a deposit to make sure that you are committed to our program. We also need to schedule you for 13-15 hours or rehabilitation during the week. By taking the deposit the patient is more committed and ready to get to work when they arrive! The second half of the deposit is paid when arriving on the first day.

subtraction icon subtraction icon Do you take insurance?

No. We do not take insurance because we would be limited in the technologies and services that we can offer because your therapy would be dictated by individual insurance companies. We need to do whatever it takes to get you better and being in network would be a barrier to providing you the best possible care. Contact us to discuss with our patient care coordinator all associated costs for our services.

subtraction icon subtraction icon Do you have a payment plan?

Yes! We offer the option of paying with Care Credit, as a way to spread out the cost of therapy over multiple payments.
